Group 1

New attendance policy:

If the group isn't online and in Karazhan by 8:30, the raid will be cancelled.

Raids start at 8:00 unless delayed by the raid leader. You all should be on 10-15 minutes prior so we can get the group together. People who are consistently late will find themselves with fewer and fewer raid spots or none at all. People who are on time will have priority on loot.

If you know you are going to be late or not on, have the courtesy to take 2 min to log in and let us know about it, either in guild chat if Mystic or Rivena are online or by mail to Rivena. But just not showing up or being late for no good reason is just rude and holds the raid group back from getting things done.

We will not be solid on 25-mans any faster if we don't start on time or not go at all to a 10-man, but it will take even longer to get to that point.

Loot:

In the last few weeks, we have noticed a number of people with the wrong attitude about loot. We do not run raid groups specifically for YOU to get loot. There are other people in the group that need loot besides YOU. We are not going to skip bosses because YOU don't need loot from one. You do not leave the raid early because YOU don't need loot. If you have some crappy self-centered attitude about loot, you will stop getting a raid spot.

Moroni:

Moroni will be back full time in mid August. Until then, he will be on when he can.

How does this hurt the non-attendees?

If you arent in Moroni/Rivena's raid grp it doesnt really concern you other than the knowledge that comes across in case you ever are in that raid grp.
