so I'm wondering how you become a charter member or a hero is it based on how long you've been in the guild or your gear or what?

Charter Members have been around since the guild started basically. And to be promoted past lollerskater you have to register on the forums. No rank is based in any way, shape, or form on the gear you possess. Ranks depend on how long you've been inthe guild, how you participate with the guild and 1 rank in particular for raiders. Also heroes are a specific rank with a specific job, officers if you will

i was in the room with chad when we were trying to figure out a name for our guild way back in march 05
